I know everyone is training hard. I see you out there everyday on the bike path and at the parks. What an inspiration! You all are going to thank yourselves. All the hard work is worth it when the end result is a happy, healthier and less stressed you. It's worth it. It might not seem like it sometimes, but in the end it's WORTH IT.

Nothing is hard, its just challenging

That sums up the 5k part of the course.  I ran it this morning with a friend and it was great. What a view. When you are running up to the top of the bridge it kind of feels like you are running straight into the clouds.

You all are invited to our Pasta Party hosted by Doc's Diner on November 13th from 6:30 pm until 8:30pm.  Doc's Diner is located directly across from the Key Largo Holiday Inn at mile marker 100. Tickets can be purchased at the expo for a cost of $8.00 for participants and $10.00 for nonparticipants, for children the cost is $6.00 per plate.  Dinner includes: Spaghetti w/marinara sauce, meat balls, salad, garlic bread and ice tea.
